SERVICE UPDATE - Publishing basic is discontinued
When we introduced Publishing Plus a couple of month back we had no idea just how popular it would become. Getting books into the wholesale trade and the discounted author's price meant that the vast majority of authors chose it as an option. Which is great news.
However, the problem this has created for us is that Publishing Basic numbers have fallen so dramatically that we cannot support it anymore at the prices we're charging. The decision we had to make was between raising prices significantly or just discontinue a service that was rapidly falling out of favour with our authors. We decided on the latter. Apart from significantly cheaper author prices this also brings with it a far more streamlined service from us to you. We can now concentrate on one distribution channel rather than duplicating efforts in North America and Europe.
We apologise if this is causing any problems. If that's the case please send a mail to myself and we'll work with you on a solution.
